Personal data (data) of Customers - natural persons (hereinafter referred to as "Data Subject") are stored in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union, in particular with the Personal Data Processing Act No. 110/2019 Coll., as amended, and By Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR). The personal data of the Data Subject are further processed in accordance with the legitimate interest as defined by the Regulation, i.e. for the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded between IntimPharma SE and the Data Subject, in particular for the purpose of delivering goods, they are further processed for the purpose of direct marketing and further for the purpose addressing people with preferences similar to the Data Subject.

IntimPharma SE processes the data that the Data Subject enters when filling out the form for the purpose of purchase and, for security reasons, checks the IP address and further processes payment-related data.

Cookies a pixels
IntimPharma SE uses so-called cookies for the above purposes. Cookies help IntimPharma SE to remember the settings of the Data Subject so that he can log in and make his purchase in the customized user interface of the website according to the settings of the Data Subject and his personal preferences. Pixel files are used by collaborators who manage them directly.

Rights of the Data Subject

  • The right of access to personal data means that the Data Subject has the right to obtain information from the controller on whether it processes his personal data and, if so, what data it is and how it is processed. The data subject also has the right to have the administrator correct inaccurate personal data concerning him without undue delay at his request. The Data Subject has the right to complete incomplete personal data at any time.

  • The right to erasure of personal data means the administrator's obligation to dispose of personal data that it processes about the Data Subject, if certain conditions are met and the Data Subject requests it.

Based on legal regulations, the company IntimPharma SE is obliged to store personal data obtained for the period specified by law for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, as well as for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations established by legal regulations (fulfilment of tax obligations towards the state, etc.). If any personal data is processed for a specific purpose of processing only on the basis of the express consent of the Data Subject, the Data Subject may at any time request the deletion of such personal data from the database.

  • The data subject has the right to have the administrator limit the processing of his personal data in certain cases. The Data Subject has the right to object at any time to processing that is based on the legitimate interests of the administrator, a third party, or is necessary to fulfill a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority.

IntimPharma SE processes personal data only for reasons of fulfilling the contract, for reasons of its legitimate interests and for reasons established by law. If any personal data is processed for a specific purpose of processing only on the basis of the express consent of the Data Subject, the Data Subject may revoke this consent at any time.


- The right to data portability; if the Data Subject requests, he will obtain from the controller (i.e. from IntimPharma SE) the personal data he has provided to the controller in a common and machine-readable format. He may subsequently transfer this data to another administrator or, if technically possible, request that the administrators transfer it to each other.
- The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time does not apply for the purposes of processing due to the fulfillment of the contract concluded with the client or the legitimate interest of the administrator
- In the event that the Data Subject is in any way dissatisfied with the processing of his personal data carried out by the administrator, he can file a complaint directly with him or contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
